Building businesses has been my prime interest, experience and success as an executive. In the last 15 years I have been involved in setting and executing the strategy of over 10 businesses. I am an extremely experienced businessman and leader with extensive practical experience in identifying, creating and developing business opportunities. I am recognized as having deep experience and competencies in transactional M&A and business integration. Before embarking on a business career, I practised as a lawyer for 12 years specializing in corporate and business advisory law and retain the clear and analytical way of thinking that the professional discipline of law engenders.

• Identified and recognised very early as a high potential partner in a major law firm
• Recruited to establish principal investing (private equity) business within Allco
• Successfully established very significant business, which continues today

o Financial services including credit reporting and collection and monetisation of big data before big data was a concept

• I have led due diligence on numerous businesses in multiple sectors (many of which have not proceeded following due diligence) and I know how to chase down, evaluate and, where appropriate, execute upon opportunities
• I have been asked on a number of occasions to step into difficult situations and, as a result, I have developed skills in crisis management and turnaround and restructuring experience
