I am looking for a business to which I can bring my management and business expertise to grow and expand. While I have experience in coming into distressed situations, this is not my preference. The type of business that would be ideal is an established business looking for new drive. Possibly it is a founder looking to the next stage of growth and development, whether or not that is a first step towards eventual exit. I am comfortable in both the private and public arenas and have a good track record in dealing with shareholders and other stakeholders in an open and transparent manner.
